STEM Saturdays is an educational initiative that sparks scientific curiosity in children from local communities. Made possible through the generous support of the Florida Blue Foundation and the Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP program, the initiative brings hands-on, science-based activities to community sites.
Led by enthusiastic medical and college student volunteers, STEM Saturdays inspires young minds through interactive experiments—like launching bottle rockets—while providing mentorship and fostering a lifelong passion for science.
