Dr. Maria Stevens is the course director of Clinical Skills and teaches students at all levels of their training. In her role as assistant dean, she oversees several premedical pathway programs and community initiatives. A board-certified family medicine physician, she provides health care to underserved communities at UHI CommunityCare Clinic, a free clinic in Miami-Dade. She is the faculty advisor for the Student National Medical Association.
