Dr. Mercedes Florez serves as course director for dermatology, teaching medical students, and treats patients at the FIU Health Faculty Group Practice and Student Health Services. She is a dermatologist with over 40 years of experience in academics and private practice. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and books.
