LaToya Haynes is a physician assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience who serves as faculty for the Physician Assistant Sciences Program.
Before joining FIU, Haynes served as associate professor and clinical education director at Meharry Medical College Physician Assistant Sciences Program. She has worked in the areas of orthopedic surgery, podiatry, dermatology, pain management, urgent care, and adult primary care. Her interests are in orthopedic surgery, pain management, recruitment, and development of minority students.
