Yolanda Rodriguez

Yolanda “Yoly” Rodriguez oversees daily fundraising operations, including moves management, prospect research and development, donor stewardship, events, and engagement efforts.

Rodriguez has over 18 years of experience in service, process improvement, and financial analysis, nonprofit fundraising, database management, analytics and business intelligence, and website creation and maintenance.

Prior to joining Wertheim Medicine, she worked as director of Finance and Operations at Farmworker Justice, director of Data Management & Gift Services at FIU Foundation and senior director of Operations at Miami Dade College Foundation.

She is a proud two-time FIU Panther.
