Luis M. Carcache, M.D.

Luis Carcache, M.D., teaches and supervises medical students during their psychiatric clerkship. He joined the faculty following his fellowship training where his main clinical interest was in the psychiatric care of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. He has also had extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Carcache also provides psychiatric services at the FIU Health Faculty Group Practice treating adults, children, and adolescents with a wide variety of psychiatric conditions. 

Carcache is board-certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Before joining FIU, he was a faculty member at the University of Miami faculty.
