Francisco J. Fajardo, Ph.D., MLIS, MPA, MA, AHIP-D

Francisco J. Fajardo manages the FIU Medical Library’s instruction programs and outreach within and outside the medical school curriculum. As a founding staff member, Fajardo has been instrumental in shaping its services and resources to meet the evolving needs of the FIU Medicine community.

Fajardo coordinates library services for clinical faculty, residents, and students across the college’s affiliated partner institutions, supporting our growing clinical enterprise. He works closely with clinical departments, hospitals, and curriculum developers to ensure seamless access to high-quality research and educational resources.

In addition to managing public and information services, he oversees research support and outreach initiatives, assists with research projects, provides orientations and presentations for the university community, and supervises Help Desk staff to ensure exceptional service for library patrons.
