Francisco J. Fajardo, Ph.D.
Francisco J. Fajardo is responsible for designing and providing library instruction programs within and outside of the medical school curriculum. He joined the Medical Library in 2009 and is a founding staff member.
He also coordinates medical library services for clinical faculty, residents, and medical students in affiliated partner institutions supporting the HWCOM’s growing clinical enterprise. For this, Francisco works closely with various clinical departments, hospitals, clinics, and administrators responsible for curriculum development. In addition, he is responsible for all research and outreach services provided by the HWCOM Medical Library to its patrons.
In his role as Assistant Director and Information & Instruction Services Librarian, Frank manages public and information services. His main responsibilities include assisting university members with research projects, providing orientations and presentations, and supervising Help Desk staff.
