Francisco J. Fajardo serves as the Information & Instruction Services librarian and plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering library instruction programs within and outside the medical school curriculum.
As a founding staff member of the medical library in 2009, Fajardo has been instrumental in shaping its services and resources to meet the evolving needs of the College of Medicine community.
Fajardo coordinates library services for clinical faculty, residents, and students across the college’s affiliated partner institutions, supporting our growing clinical enterprise. He works closely with clinical departments, hospitals, and curriculum developers to ensure seamless access to high-quality research and educational resources.
In addition to managing public and information services, Fajardo oversees research support and outreach initiatives, assists with research projects, provides orientations and presentations for the university community, and supervises Help Desk staff to ensure exceptional service for library patrons.
