Training the Leaders of Tomorrow in Interventional Radiology
The FIU/Baptist Health Interventional Radiology Residency offers comprehensive training in vascular and interventional radiology through rigorous clinical experience, academic scholarship, innovation and patient-centered care in one of the nation's premier cardiovascular institutes.
Based at Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, residents learn from internationally recognized faculty and train across the full spectrum of interventional radiology in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment.
The program builds on a training tradition that began in 1988 as Miami Vascular, which prepared generations of physicians for leadership roles in academic medicine, private practice, research and healthcare administration.
