Training the Leaders of Tomorrow in Interventional Radiology

Based at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, the Integrated Interventional Radiology Residency provides residents with a comprehensive foundation in diagnostic and interventional radiology. Residents gain early procedural exposure, extensive clinical experience and access to advanced imaging and minimally invasive, image-guided therapies across a wide range of vascular, oncologic and nonvascular conditions.

The program prepares residents to care for a diverse patient population with complex medical needs. Residents benefit from longitudinal interventional radiology clinic experience, high procedural volume and collaboration with specialists across cardiology, vascular surgery, oncology and other disciplines. Training also includes opportunities for research, innovation and leadership development within a nationally recognized cardiovascular institute.
