Carissa Ford provides mental health treatment through the Green Family Foundation Neighborhood Health Education Learning Program. She is a licensed clinical social worker with more than eight years of experience in behavioral health. Her professional background includes providing mental health services to children and adolescents in school-based settings, as well as supporting adults and families through a range of behavioral health programs.
Ford has extensive experience helping individuals navigate substance use and addiction-related challenges. Her work focuses on improving access to behavioral health services, coordinating care and connecting patients with the resources they need to support their well-being.
She also supports the Florida Department of Health’s Pediatric Behavioral Health Integration Program by coordinating care, facilitating patient engagement and conducting follow-up services with behavioral health providers.
