Margaret Godet provides leadership for residency and fellowship operations. She oversees Graduate Medical Education (GME) administrators and partners with clinical leaders to advance program growth.
Godet joined the graduate medical education team at Baptist Health in 2020, where she supported residency and fellowship programs and collaborated with leadership during the transition of sponsoring institutions to FIU. Her medical education experience began in 2013 at an international medical school, where she managed senior administrators, oversaw student operations, and led the procurement of ACGME-accredited hospital partnerships.
