Lynnette Alonso-Capote joined FIU Medicine in 2013. In her current role, she provides strategic oversight of the administrative and operational functions for the Physician Assistant and Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences programs, as well as the Student Research Support office, including its research analysis team. She manages financial operations, programmatic documentation, and human resource actions, ensuring seamless coordination with administrative units across the college.
Alonso-Capote is a graduate of FIU’s Leadership Education Advancement Program and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
