Kingshuk Panda conducts research in the Unwalla Lab focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying HIV-associated pulmonary dysfunction. His work examines the roles of circadian rhythm disruption, oxidative stress, microRNA regulation and airway epithelial biology in chronic lung disease, leveraging molecular and cellular biology, gene-editing approaches, transcriptomics and proteomics.
