Joel Gonzalez, PA-C

Joel Gonzalez teaches pharmacology in the Physician Assistant program. He has experience in medical education across classroom and clinical settings and has taught at institutions including Miami Dade College and Florida National University.

A practicing, board-certified physician assistant, Gonzalez has worked in internal medicine and acute care and trauma surgery. He has served on clinical committees focused on physician assistant education and leadership and served in communities with limited access to care, including migrant and global health settings.
