Shweta Akhouri serves as the interim assistant dean for clinical education and the director for Family Medicine Clerkship. She also oversees student community household visits through the Green Family Foundation Neighborhood Health Education Learning Program (NeighborhoodHELP).
She is board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine. She sees patients at the FIU Health Faculty Group Practice on FIU’s main campus.
