Family Weekend offers parents, families and loved ones an inside look at life as a medical student at FIU Medicine. The event is designed to showcase our students, their training and the environment where they spend so much of their time developing into future physicians. Throughout the day, guests have the opportunity to explore the College of Medicine, connect with faculty and student leaders, and participate in interactive sessions that highlight the medical school experience.
Programming may include anatomy demonstrations, clinical skills simulations, lab experiences and student-led presentations on research and community engagement initiatives.

Tickets are non-refundable. Registration may be transferred to another participant if notified in writing to msc@fiu.edu no later than one week prior to the event. Funds raised will support student events and special initiatives which benefit the entire student body.
