Congratulations on your acceptance to HWCOM! There is still a lot to do before you start class in July, and we want to help you get off to a great start. Here is valuable information to help guide you through the process! Please check this website periodically for updates.
All pre-matriculation forms can be found online and should be submitted via your My FIU
Student Account (my.fiu.edu). As a guideline, please review the Pre-Matriculation Checklist and each of the required eForms and documents in preparation for the start of your medical education. You will receive a separate e-mail once your eForms have been assigned to your myFIU Student Account. It is your responsibility to review all the items and eForms and submit them by July 1st. Failure to comply with all requirements will result in delay of your matriculation.
