Avelino Ruben Caride, M.D., FACP, has been practicing primary care and internal medicine in South Florida for over 28 years. He currently practices at the HWCOM Faculty Group Practice on the FIU Modesto Maidique Campus, oversees the clinic’s professional and clinical staff, and teaches clinical skills to medical students.
Caride was the founder and conference director of Baptist Hospital’s Primary Focus Symposium, an annual CME activity for primary care providers. He also served on the Baptist Hospital Board of Directors and the Governor’s Council of the Florida Chapter of the American College of Physicians.
