Dr. Rupa Seetharamaiah is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon specializing in weight-loss surgery and minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic procedures.
Seetharamaiah is actively involved in undergraduate and graduate medical education through her roles at FIU Medicine, FIU/Baptist Health Residency Programs, and Baptist Health South Florida.
Her research focuses on general and bariatric surgery, and she has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at national and international conferences.
