As alumni of FIU, Scarlett M. Aldana-Bosch continues her professional career as an employee for the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine as the Assistant Director for Panther Communities under the Office of Student Affairs. She supervises administrative and business operations of all four panther student learning communities and several student organizations, including the American Medical Women Association, Latino Medical Student Association and other specialty interest groups. Ms. Aldana-Bosch has served for three years as a mentor for FIU Women’s Center Mentorship Program and is an active committee member of the Fit & Well Task Force.

In 2008 she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a minor in psychology and continued her education by graduating from the Chapman Graduate School of Business Administration with a Master in Business Administration in Healthcare Management. She is a member of Golden Key International Honour Society and of international organization, the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).  As a community member, Ms. Aldana-Bosch has participated and continues to be involved in various community-centered projects including Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure, Relay for Life, Ronald McDonald House and Autism Speaks.
