Amanda M. David, LMHC

Amanda David is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. David has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including community mental health, partial hospitalization, and hospital inpatient. She has experience in working with adults and adolescents presenting with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief and loss, anger, family conflict, and relationship issues.

She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. David also conducts mental health evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates. Her approach is a combination of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, motivational enhancement, and solution-focused therapies.
