Denise Ward provides administrative and technical support to all faculty within the Division of Medical and Population Health Sciences including the coordination of logistical and administrative services for the annual HWCOM Research Symposium. She monitors student research initiatives, keeps track of projects, prepares scientific presentations, publications, course material, oversees payroll activities, and processes personnel transactions. Additionally, she serves as the liaison of the Office of International Affairs and HWCOM on processing students' login credentials.
Denise Ward has over twenty years of experience in healthcare management including office management, medical center operations, data analysis, and insurance-related initiatives. Denise Ward has a passion for patient and provider communication as well as ongoing patient education.
