Jimmy Santana is the academic director for the MPAS Program.  He has over 33 years of clinical experience as a physician assistant working in the areas of emergency medicine, surgery, family medicine, and pediatric medicine.  He has been involved in physician assistant education for over 30 years helping to develop and launch two PA Programs and serving as faculty in four programs. Santana currently serves on committees in the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants and the national caucus on Physician Assistants for Latino Health. He is also a volunteer at the Miami Rescue Mission Clinic.
