Ramiro Acosta Jr. is the Computer Support Supervisor and manages the Help Desk operations. The IT Help Desk provides comprehensive computer support for faculty, staff, and students of HWCOM and FIU Health. Additionally, he oversees IT support operations for the classrooms and learning facilities.
Prior to this role, he served as Sr. Computer Support Specialist for HWCOM. Acosta Jr. also worked for FIU as a Field Team Engineer for the Software and Hardware division of University Technology Services.
