Myrtha JB-Cherenfant joined Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (FIU HWCOM) in June 2012 as a Community Outreach Specialist in Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP. Cherenfant assesses eligibility, enrolls, and retains households for NeighborhoodHELP. She provides assistance and is the key community outreach specialist for households in Little Haiti. Prior to her current position, Cherenfant was a Patient Access Representative at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami. Cherenfant attended Miami Dade College and plans to continue her education at FIU.
