Ingrid Moss joined FIU HWCOM in 2010 as a Community Outreach Specialist in Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP. Moss assesses eligibility, enrolls, and retains households for NeighborhoodHELP. She provides assistance to and is the key community outreach specialist for households in Miami Gardens and northeast Miami-Dade County. Before FIU, Moss was an Educational Counselor with Jewish Community Services. She has an Associate's degree in social work and is pursuing a Bachelor's in the field at FIU.
