Benny Millares

Benny Millares oversees the recruitment and onboarding of all new faculty, faculty appointments and renewals, Community Based faculty, and the Appointment, Promotions, and Tenure (APT) Committee process. Benny joined FIU in 2011, providing support for the HR operations within the College of Arts and Sciences. He later joined HWCOM in 2020, managing the day-to-day HR operations for faculty affairs.
