Bianca Garcia

Bianca Garcia is the Business Manager of the Florida International University (FIU) College of Medicine HealthCare Network (HCN). As Business Manager, Ms. Garcia is responsible for managing the network’s accounting and financial controls, preparing and analyzing operational reports, and preparing the annual operating budget. In addition, she oversees physician credentialing and provider contracting. Ms. Garcia manages the overall daily administrative management of all office transactions and activities.

Ms. Garcia attended FIU where she graduated with a Master of Accounting. Prior to joining the FIU HealthCare Network she gained experience and knowledge in her field as a Staff Accountant in a multi-partner Miami accounting firm. Thereafter, she joined the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine as a Senior Executive Secretary in the Division of General Internal Medicine and served as Interim Division Administrator over the Divisions of Internal Medicine. While at the University of Miami, Ms. Garcia assisted with the management of several practice locations, physician credentialing, financial reporting, budgeting, and all division activity.
