Where are you from?

I was born in Anchorage, Alaska. My father was a career military member so I have lived in Iran, Hawaii and multiple locations in the continental US. My father retired in Northern Virginia. I joined the military upon graduating from high school and spent 12 years at Ft. Bragg, NC as paratrooper, combat medic and Physician Assistant. I retired from the military out of Hurlburt Field, Florida after serving 5 years with Air Force Special Operations.

How long have you been with the PA program at FIU?

I began working in the PA program in August 2014.

Role in the PA program:

I am the Clinical Director responsible for the Panhandle, North and Central Florida.

University of Nebraska-Master of Physician Assistant Studies with Concentration in Orthopedics

Something unique about you:

I was an active paratrooper while serving as Director of Medical Operations for the US Air Force 720th Special Tactics Group.
