Frances Howard, MD is an adult psychiatrist and is board eligible in General Psychiatry. Dr. Howard’s experience is in working with people with severe mental illnesses and mood disorders. She has worked with a culturally diverse population in inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, her area of interest includes the treatment of a variety of psychopathologies on youth during the transitional age. Dr. Howard provides psychiatric services at FIU’s Student Health Center. In her assistant professor role, she supervises and teaches third year medical and physician assistant students.
