How long have you been with the PA program at FIU?  

I joined the program in January 2017.

Role in the PA program:

I am one of the members of the faculty, I teach Physiology I & II and am participating faculty in Clinical Assessment I & II.

I love to serve undeserved communities; I have been involved in different types of services for populations in need.

Clinical Interests:

Family Medicine is my favorite practice.

I love Education especially using clinical simulation, I was director of Clinical Simulation during 3 years at Miami Dade College

Memberships and Service:  

I am a member of FAPA, AMA and the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine.

I am currently working for the Miami Veterans Hospital in the Hepatology and Primary Care Departments. I also have more than 10 years of experience teaching Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences at Miami Dade College.
