As a founding faculty member of the Florida International University (FIU) College of Medicine, Professor Graham has a leadership role in the Clinical Medicine Strand, which includes clinical skills, clerkships and the clinical electives curriculum. He is also Chairman of the Department of Radiology at FIU.

Before joining FIU, Dr. Graham was a member of the Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He was also the Associate Director of Career Development in the radiology residency program and an instructor in radiology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Graham is board certified in diagnostic radiology and in obstetrics and gynecology.

He previously served as Professor and Interim Chair of Radiology and as Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs at Louisiana State University (LSU). He has held faculty appointments at Johns Hopkins, the University of Rochester, and Emory University in both radiology and obstetrics and gynecology.

Trained in the United Kingdom (UK), he graduated from the Edinburgh University School of Medicine and subsequently earned a Master in Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School. Dr. Graham's post-graduate study was in the U.K., and at Johns Hopkins, McMaster, and Rochester Universities and included programs in OB/GYN, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound and Maternal-Fetal medicine.

He has won numerous national and institutional awards for outstanding teaching. His research interests include fetal sonography and the uses of technology in medical education.
