Ms Moore is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a graduate from Florida Atlantic University’s Masters of Counselor Education program. She also holds a Psychology degree from the University of West Florida and has two minors in Child Welfare and Substance Abuse. Ms Moore has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including community mental health, partial hospitalization, and hospital inpatient. She has experience in working with adults and adolescents presenting a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, anger, family conflict, and relationship issues. Ms. Moore also conducts mental health evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates. Her approach is a combination of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, motivational enhancement, and solution-focused therapies.
