- Biography
Ms. Gabriela Fonseca joined Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (FIU HWCOM) in January 2010 as a Community Outreach Specialist in Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP™, the signature program of FIU HWCOM. Ms. Fonseca assesses eligibility, enrolls, and retains households for NeighborhoodHELP™. She provides assistance and is the key Community Outreach Specialist for households in Opa Locka, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, and a section of unincorporated northwest Miami-Dade County. Prior to her current position, Ms. Fonseca was a Patient Access Representative at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She has an Associate in Criminal Justice.
