- Biography
Ms. Sophia Lacroix joined Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (FIU HWCOM) in November 2009 as a Community Outreach Coordinator with Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP™, the signature program of FIU HWCOM. Her primary responsibilities include developing and establishing partnerships between FIU and organizations in NeighborhoodHELP™ communities, as well as recruiting and maintaining households for the program. Before FIU, Ms. Lacroix was at the Haitian Neighborhood Center, Sant La in Miami. She obtained a Bachelor in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
