We offer a Doctor of Medicine degree, a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, a Graduate Certificate in Molecular and Biomedical Sciences, and an International Visiting Medical Student Program.

The Blue Ridge Institute for Medical Research ranks the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine #106 in the nation in National Institutes of Health funding and #38 in anatomy and cell biology research funding. Pathway to Medical School

Students that meet certain conditions after completing the Graduate Certificate in Molecular and Biomedical Sciences are guaranteed admission or an interview for the MD degree program HWCOM.
